Chronodat Mailroom (“Mailroom”) is an Outlook add-in from Chronodat LLC. File Outlook email to SharePoint or OneDrive without leaving Outlook.

• Billing and invoices: open Settings → Subscription in the Mailroom pane, then Manage billing
• Admin consent: ask your Microsoft 365 admin to grant Chronodat Mailroom in Microsoft Entra ID or Integrated Apps

Common issues

• SharePoint not connected — reconnect from Settings, then confirm admin consent.
• Save on Send blocked — pick a destination or common library, or turn the setting off. Outlook shows a Smart Alert (PromptUser) if Save on Send is on and no folder is selected.
• .msg became .eml — native MSG needs classic Outlook with EWS. New Outlook and mobile save full MIME as .eml.
• On-prem site missing — add the https site URL in Settings. Hybrid Graph sites work; classic NTLM farms need a gateway.
