By installing or using Chronodat Mailroom (“Mailroom”), the Outlook add-in published by Chronodat LLC, you agree to these terms. Mailroom is licensed, not sold. Chronodat’s company terms are also published at https://www.chronodat.com/terms-conditions.
A 14-day trial of Mailroom starts on first use in a Microsoft 365 tenant. After the trial, a paid Chronodat yearly
tenant subscription (product slug mailroom) is required to keep filing. One subscription covers Outlook
users in that tenant. Local development builds may skip the check. The then-current price is shown at checkout
and in Settings → Subscription.
You are responsible for Microsoft 365 permissions, SharePoint retention and sensitivity configuration, and for content you file with Mailroom. Do not use Mailroom to violate law or your employer’s policies.
After the trial, Mailroom depends on a Chronodat subscription billed through Stripe. Taxes, refunds, and invoices are handled in the Chronodat billing portal. This is an additional purchase required to use Mailroom after the trial.
Mailroom is provided as-is. Chronodat LLC is not liable for lost mail, incorrect filing destinations, or SharePoint configuration errors, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
